I've been interested in in the mind/body connection for as long as I can remember. Throughout my life, I've used relaxation techniques and visualizations for change and healing. Although my formal education is technical (Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science), my passion is helping others with such diverse problems as pent-up emotions, to smoking, weight loss, and pain management. Emotional Freedom Technqiues (EFT) is the core of my practice, often integrating with hypnotherapy and Bowen Technique for transformational breakthroughs.

EFT, which is based on Thought Field Therapy, speeds the healing process, providing often remarkable breakthroughs that have seemed impossible previously. I've seen stress headaches disappear in minutes, shoulder pain resolve itself, and nightmares fade into oblivion with this unique energy technique, as well as miraculous results with MS symptoms, severe chronic pain, insomnia, and PTSD.

Hypnosis is a natural state which can be accessed to find core issues and beliefs and "reprogram" oneself to generate a healthier outlook. As a hypnotherapist, I can only lead and suggest. The hypnotist is unable to control anyone, so any change must be desired.

As a Bowen and NST practitioner, I use gentle and subtle movements to stimulate the body’s own healing energy for highly effective relief of many physical problems. Bowen has been particularly effective for relief of fibromyalgia, enabling a return to normal life and activities. NST has proven equally amazing at helping those with chronic Lyme disease.
